Has anyone used these?

They look superb for getting a perfect smooth incline, but are they as easy as it looks to install? From a quick look it looks like you need foam glue to fix them to your baseboard, and special foam pins to attach the track?
And advice would be great as I will need 4 of these plus all the fixings so want to get a bit of feedback before shelling out!
