When I were little we visited Dunford Bridge VERY briefly (probably five or ten minutes) in summer '86 - I can't actually remember what there was in the way of track and structures, I just remember all the ballast still being there. Not much help I know, however I took a photo or few, which I've not seen for years now, I'll try and find them later if I've time.

Found them. Not the best quality phots (crap camera/operator and an overcast day), but basically platforms, structures and OHLE gantries are still there, but no wires or track. There's one fuzzy shot of a tunnel mouth taken from under the road bridge, doesn't look to be any fence type gubbins at all, but as I said it's a fuzzy shot.. There's a couple of what look like the Hadfield to Woodhead stretch and Woodhead station, with a single track still there (no wires, or gantries). Not certain about these though. Have a feeling the western half of the line was still shown on road atlases for a time after the eastern side was not.
