Wolverton Works 'dive under'

Trains entering the Works from the mainline have to be routed into the 'Centre Sidings' where they are collected by the resident shunter.

The train is then routed down a gradient in order to 'dive under' the WCML and then climbs back up to normal ground level for a trundle to the works.

The question is, does anyone know the gradient(s) of the dive unders? They must be on par, if not more severe than the Lickey incline (1:37), surely?

When I surveyed them for electrification (!) I think they came out at about 1 in 39ish, but I can dig out my level books at some point and work it out ...
