That would be a by-product. It would allow anything electric to get back to Oxley in times of disruption and removes the need to reverse at Wolves from the north.

And also make what is currently a 30-40 minute journey to turn a set (put First Class at the correct end) via Soho and Perry Barr, into a far more efficient exercise using Bushbury loop.
