Hey guys
I had some interviews with West Midland/ London Northwestern Railway in the last few weeks, and all their questions seem fairy straight forward. One question they asked involved the compliance of legislature and ensuring the company stay within the guidelines. I gave my answer, involving the relevant legislation and such, but they seemed to press me for an answer towards ticketing, such as complying with regulations around ticketing. I mentioned cash handling and ensuring the correct fares, but I feel like I was being pushed for an answer that I couldn't give.
I enjoy the railways and I don't want this answer to throw me again, as I have applied for other jobs with the company and if this Q pops up again I want to give a great answer. Does anyone have any advice on what they were asking, or any answers that could fulfill the question? This seemed a tricky question in the interview, but if I can gain an understanding of where they were coming from and what I should respond with, hopefully I can have a better chance. Thanks everyone
