This situation has made me reflect seriously, and I recognise that this is not acceptable. I want to assure you that I have learned from this and will take all necessary steps to ensure it does not happen again.
Even with this edited as suggested above, What is going to convince GTR that this is any different to the previous occasions you were caught, and then did not "recognise that this is not acceptable" or "ensure it does not happen again"?

I think they may well look at this and, in the light of your previous record, think it is just meaningless words.
I agree this is a risk given the fact the OP has been caught evading before - but I can't see any alternative to asking along these lines if the OP wishes to avoid court now. But there is a risk GTR will not believe they will not do this again.
@gopineeds to realise every time you do this you increase the chances of being taken to court, facing a court fine as punishment (which will cost a lot more than a Penalty Fare or an out of court settlement) and receiving a criminal record which won't help them to secure future employment I would suggest.
I therefore suggest the amended draft post in post #29 is what the OP should now send and see if GTR are prepared to believe this.
I sincerely apologise again for my mistake and take full responsibility. I give my assurance that this will not happen again in the future. I understand the seriousness of this matter, and if anything like this were to happen again, I accept that you may proceed directly with court action.
If I was reading those contradictory statements, I wouldn’t be inclined to offer a settlement. Not buying a ticket is not something that happens by accident!

I agree; I’m sorry about your personal circumstances but they won’t be interested, and they don’t help change the outcome which will be that you will settle. Keep it short because anyone reading your letter will groan if it’s long.
This one is fine are I need to add anything else. And I already said this is my 3rd one which I caught. Should I add anything for this.
Please everyone help me to resolve the issue
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing regarding the recent incident involving an unpaid fare. I would like to sincerely apologise for what has happened.

I am very keen to resolve this matter promptly and amicably, without the need for court proceedings. I am willing to pay the outstanding fare in full, along with any reasonable administrative costs incurred by your company in handling this matter.
Thank you for your understanding and for taking the time to consider my response. I would be grateful for the opportunity to settle this issue directly.

Did you post it today?
Was that first class?
Did you use tracked postage eg ‘tracked 24’.? If so you have a tracking number so you can see when it is delivered. Keep that proof of delivery generated by Royal Mail tracking website.
But what we see on here it won’t matter if your letter misses that by a few days I don’t think. Especially given its Easter holiday period.

No I didn't post yet. I will post by tomorrow or Thursday. But which class should I post it. 1st class is fine I think it will come under 2 to 3 pound. I can't afford more pounds because I already stuck in the unemployment.

48hr post is fine if you post it tomorrow but you should send it tracked so you know it gets there. Royal Mail has been in the news recently for letting untracked post pile up for weeks before delivering - don’t risk it.

Sorry for disturbing again. Should I include my name and address. Or the reference number is okay?
Just send your reply to them and see what they say. There is nothing else you can do now. There is always a chance of an out if court settlement but no one here can guarantee that.
I'll add to AlterEgo's and Western Lancer's posts: none of us has a crystal ball but - if you look at it from GTR's point - why should they offer you any out-of-court settlement? You have been to court twice for fare-avoidance, yet you have another occurrence being pursued.
I still don't know if you bought a physical ticket you described in your very first post.
I asked (link below) if you can evidence.your purchase of the physical ticket you say you bought before boarding the train.
Today I got witness statement in the govia Thameslink in Gatwick airport. Actually I take physical ticket in Croydon Nd after that I missed the ticket somewhere and booked online ticket in the train after that in train officer asked me to show ticket nd I showed he said you book ticket in the...

AlterEgo asked you similarly, in December - but I haven't seen you reply to those points.

Today only i posted the letter with tracking records with signature. But the staff said it will take 2 days to deliver by Tuesday due to Easter holidays. What should I do now its any problems?

That's fine - well done.
Just wait now for them to respond to you - nothing else you can do - might take a couple of week so so before they reply to you
monitor the tracking to check it is delivered and keep the delivery proof provided via the tracking part of the Royal Mail website - you should have been given a slip at the post office with the tracking number to use on line

If they have not written to you yet to offer an out of court settlement the website for paying one won’t be set up to accept payment for an out if court settlement.

I think we have seen the website ahead of the letter by a few days or even a week which makes sense due to postage times but yeah there shouldn’t be any surprise that the website doesn’t offer one if the OP hasn’t been contacted yet.

This is good.
When you pay it keep a copy of the proof of payment and keep that long term, for a year or longer.
In future you now need to make sure you have a correct ticket every time you travel by train.
If they find you with an incorrect ticket again I don’t think you will be able to expect to get a settlement next time.
