Wirral Heritage Tramway/Liverpool Meal report

Had a great day yesterday !

Met up with Mojo, Yorkie, AsylumXL, ManiacMartin, ATWalex01 at Lime Street and caught a Wirral Line train from Lime St (Lower Level) to Hamilton Sq.

We then walked from Hamilton Sq to the Wirral Tramway Museum.

Had a quick look round the museum and then caught the tram to Woodside Ferry Terminal.

Then it was on the ferry to Liverpool Pier Head and a quick look round the Liverpool Museum on the Pier Head.

We then caught a Wirral Line train from James St to Lime Street Lower Level and than to Lime Street Main line station to make sure Yorkie caught his train home ! - to do this we actually caught a train from Lime St and got off a Liverpool South Parkway.

We then caught a train from Liverpool South Parkway to lime Street and then went for a walk around the St Johns Shopping Centre before we meet BB21 off his train at Lime St.

By this time it was tea time so we all had a 3 course pizza meal in Pizza Express , so those who travelling home were well fed !

Me ? - I went to Moorfields and got a train home to Southport !.

It was a pleasure meeting you all again, and I hope to see you at a future form event soon !.

Sounds like a most pleasant day out. Would love to put some faces to names in the future so sorry I missed out. Think I'd pass on having a walk around St Johns though. Ha ha.
