Winter Cumbrian Mountain Express 2016 with Les Ross?

I want go to Winter Cumbrian Mountain Express next year with RTC, I just found that Les Ross didn't run in 2015 because of problem. I don't know whether if 86259 will return in 2016? if it is go to replace Les Ross what other locomotive going to be a likely?
