Windows on Class 222s vs. 220/221s

I recently made several journeys on EMR's 222 fleet and spotted something I haven't before.

The bottom of the windows relative to the seats seem much higher than on 220/221s. At first I thought this might be related to the seat design or even the floor height but I then started suspecting the window size might be shallower.

Can anyone shed any light?
