On the 14th December 2011, Bill sadly passed away on his train at Weybridge train station. It was reported on here and all the comments were a small comfort at the sad time, my grandmother, Bill's wife wants to thank all of those for their sympathy.
The family of William/Bill Goligher would like to thank everyone for their kind messages and support of the passing of Bill. Also I would like to thank all of you who attended Bill's funeral. He would have been very proud of the send off everyone gave him. It was so very nice to think that Bill had so many colleagues on the Railway especially SWT who had so many nice things to say about Bill. I know they will miss him greatly , but he will be smiling down on them and everyone. Thank you all again.
