Willesden TMD

I was working near Willesden TMD today, adjacent to Willesden Junct High level station, and there must have been about 20 people on an over bridge overlooking the Up/Down Fasts.
Is this a regular spotting location? Was anybody there?

It's a regular location, but for that many to be there on a freezing cold winter weekday I'd guess there must have been something special scheduled to pass the location.

It use to be like that everyday when i moved to Willesden in the early 1990s, nowadays it is only like that about once a month. But i suppose that is because there is nothing of interest to spot anymore i suppose.
