Will this Railtour stop?

So I am planning on going out to see the settle and Carlisle fellsman today near Appleby. I was planning on filming at this bridge near by since it seems like it is supposed to stop for a GBRF cement train coming from Carlisle. I have just checked and it seems the cement train is not running so will this mean that the Railtour will go straight through?
I was wanting to know because I would get a better video of it at speed at Appleby station

Is it not taking on Water at Appleby? The line is double track either side of Appleby isn't it, so not sure why it would wait for a train in the other direction.
Also, the tour is booked to depart Appleby 30 seconds before the cement passes in the opposite direction, and it's stop is precisely 25 minutes, indicating it's a requested operational stop, not waiting for pathing.

I suspect it'll stop at Appleby.

Ok thanks, I didn’t think to check what rtt said about why it was stopping. I just assumed it was for the freight since it was the same time.

No worries, RTT doesn't actually have any stop reason at Appleby, so there's a bit of interpretation needed to work out why it's there.

As @zwk500 stated, there would be no need to stop for a train coming in the other direction as the line is double track, not single. If there were a single line section immediately north of Appleby it would be a different matter.

Are there actually any freight trains on the middle part of the S&C now? Im assuming trains from the 2 remaining sites run south and north?

Yes. Certainly logs to Chirk are routed Up the S&C for a start.
