Hello everyone. Please can you put my mind at rest? I am travelling down to London on Saturday in order to run the marathon on Sunday. The LNER train I originally booked was cancelled as part of strike action, but I have been able to reserve seats on an earlier train. What is the likelihood of this new train being cancelled? I'm almost besides myself with anxiety over this. It's so bad I've even taken out travel insurance in case the whole trip goes up the swanny. Any reassuring words would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
