This week there are rail replacement buses replacing trains between marlow and maidenhead.
This morning, 4 of us were waiting for the 0550 bus and there was 2 buses waiting.
We asked the driver of one which bus leaves first and he said did. We all got on that bus.
The other bus then left empty at 0553 and our bus driver told us he is not scheduled to leave until 0620 (the next scheduled bus departure time after 0550).
He gave us completely the incorrect info
The other bus driver must of seem us all on the wrong bus.
No gwr staff available.

That sounds like a completely clear-cut case to me – although the automatic system may reject it and you would need to explain the situation to a human upon appeal.
