Wigan-Preston 06-10

Does anybody know what's causing the problem between Wigan and Preston this morning all National Rail says is that Emergency services are dealing with an Incident and the time of clearance keeps going up, at first it was 09:00 and now their saying the line/s won't be back open until 10:00 at the earliest.

I'm sure you can work out what "emergency services having dealt with an incident" is a euphemism for.

Lines reopened around 09:00 but obviously delays will take longer to iron out.
