Edited title to add below platform and cantrail/roof height.

Below platform- tram trains, Class 69
Solebar: class 150?
cantrail: something squareish like a 150?

A few years ago (and maybe still), the standards required a bit more platform clearance for routes carrying container trains. So those may be the widest.

I can't give a definitive answer, but the class 150s are 9ft at their widest, which isn't at solebar level. The Class 230s are 9ft 4ins, which is at floor level - they have flat sides which taper in from bottom to top.
