any idea if the Widened Lines between Farringdon and Moorgate will be used for anything?

At Moorgate the widened line platforms are used on a fairly regular basis to turn round eastbound Hammersmith & City Line trains during disruptions.

There are four Underground platforms, plus the two former Thameslink platforms.

I believe P3/4 at Moorgate have not been connected to the widened lines since the 1965 track remodelling when the Barbican was built. It’s possible they weren’t connected before that but I have no earlier information…
