Why no Caledonian Sleeper / Eurostar through ticketing?

I've put this question to ScotRail customer services, and await their reply, but can anyone tell me why ScotRail haven't followed in the footsteps of other UK TOCs and started to offer through ticketing between Caledonian Sleeper services and European stations?

Virgin and NXEC already sell through tickets from Scottish stations to European 'Railteam' destinations, but I doubt that the end to end journey time is that appealing to many travellers. However ScotRail is in a perfect position to offer attractive through ticketing from Scotland to Europe via the sleeper.

It just strikes me as odd that they've not promoted or actively offered combined sleeper and Eurostar tickets. Leaving Edinburgh or Glasgow on the Lowland Sleeper around 11.30pm you could be in Paris by mid-morning the next day. That surely would appeal to more people than an eight hour end to end day time journey with VT/NXEC and Eurostar...

^^I have seen adverts for using the cally sleeper in conjunction with eurostar, but not sure if this is with a "through" ticket...
