Why should he because you don't like his opinion?
He has the right to freedom of speech and has the right to express his own opinions, unlike if this were a police state.

Politicians are people who actively want to be in charge, to have control over things, to have power. You really think they're selfless and moral people? Oh, I don't deny that there may be a few, but the majority are not.
I'm not getting any further into an argument about politics than that, beause, frankly, that sums up my views on politicians; some are ok, but i have little respect for most.

mate of mine was told it was illigal to take photos of trains, how pathetic its mad dont they know that we use the photos and videos for harmless reasons. i can understand there concern but come on!

i apoligise if i have offended some people, I am all for the various iniatives to reduce knife crime.

before i start there are a lot of good parents, what i was trying to say was that one of the best ways to help reduce knife crime, is for better education not just for the kids themselves, but i believe a lot of the parents should also have better education, i have seen some kids in my local area especially running around drinking late at night and their parents dont really seem to care, so maybe the police should do soemthing with the parents a lot of whoom dont seem to have any control over their kids or in fact are just as bad, i have heard of parents actually egging their kids on in fights so its no wonder this country is going downhill, its about time the government got off their backsides and did something that works!!!!

Metroland, i fully agreee with your views, what u said was exactly right and that was what i was rtying to get at in my previous posts.

Okay,
You cannot blame the parent for what the child does if they are over the age of 10, which is the legal age they can be charged for a crime.

Secondly, the parents MAY NOT be able to control the child. The child may go out because of they are board. They then mix with the wrong crowd and it'll go from there.

Also, the parents education has NOTHING what so ever to do with how the child acts.

If the parents are "egging" their child on into fights then, I believe, they are committing incitement to commit violence, which WILL be dealt with by the police. (Feel free to correct me)


If the country is going downhill ask yourself this question. Why is it? Is it because of what we have done? Is it because of how we are? Is it because we think we know how to act?

I know several people that have gone into shops and have been looked at by staff as if they are doing something wrong. Which in many cases they are not. This, to my mind, makes them feel unsafe, unsure, or they are not being fairly judged.
