I would say if you want a laugh turn onto Channel 4 right now, but that isn't even funny, just painful.

A VERY poor programme ! Real "That's Life" rubbish.
Would have thought that even Victor Meldrew would know you can't hold a conversation with an automated system. At one point he snapped "yes" into the 'phone, the system interpreted this as "Yate" - not a bad try !
Was that "Product Placement" - using the Trainline to get fares ??
