Which website is more accurate for planning SNCF trips?

I'm trying to ride various endangered SNCF lines. Some have scant service. One example is Tours to La Roche sur Yon. But I'm getting different train timetable results between two SNCF websites.

I would suggest trying the PDF timetable on the relevant TER région website. They usually are quite clear with like what's the regular timetable and what's some kind of construction timetable. Is the difference just an hour? ISTR that sncf-voyageurs.com has(had?) a problem with time zones.
The regions also all have their own planners. I don't know whether they're really separate, or whether they're just one of the two mentioned in different guise. For Occitanie, it's here:

Thanks for the tip! That is a good idea. I see the 08:00 departure now departs at 14:00 which affects my other trains and railway lines that I planned to cover that day, including potentially a hotel night. I was able to verify the change via the live departure board for Tours Station.

SNCF-connect showed this change while SNCF-voyageurs still does not, and Bahn.de initially did not. Now I have to doublecheck all my planned SNCF timings as I didn't expect a schedule change one week after searching for those train times.

I have several other lines to doublecheck. Is there a central link to the other region's PDFs?

If you don't know the region name start from this map and use the hyperlinks:

then the 'Se déplacer' drop-down then 'Fiches horaires' then pick the line

When planning ahead it's a good idea to look at these because engineering work, emergency closures and the like generally appear as separate PDFs with relevant dates and replacement bus information and the like.

Use the relevant regional TER website 'fiches horaires' as a base (they can be downloaded to your phone).

BUT then always use SNCF Connect. It is always 'up to the minute' and will show the train formation.

Except that SNCF delays are always rounded to 5 minutes, and are not very accurate in general unfortunately.
