Maybe, but I think the OP means through platforms with buffer stops on them, to which I say:

I had a look at the weekend and believe the line has been disconnected and has been for some time.

Epping station - the two through platforms now have buffer stops, but the old Ongar branch still continues, albeit unused.

Grimsby Town platform 3 used to be a through road, but now is a bay from the west side of the station. Bufferstop at the east end and no track now connects to the line to Cleethorpes (or towards Louth as it used to be). Barton on Humber's platform is in the style of a through platform, even though the line never went any further, although I believe it was orignally planned to continue, but to where, I'm not sure.

Hadfield (near Manchester) used to be a through line also, part of the Woodhead route through to Sheffield Victoria, but is now the end of a branch line.

Putney Bridge has buffer stops on the middle line (for reversing), but the line is severed here...

In Ireland, the track on the main through platform at Cork was chopped in two just a few years ago not long after push pull operation on the Cork-Dublin started up. No need for run rounds any more. Still would have been handy to retain the facility you would have thought, but no.

Plymouth springs to mind for me on this one, where the two tracks on the station building side have been truncated to form four terminating lines (only one of which is used as a passenger platform if I recall correctly). It is quite odd having the platform there accessible either by using the underpass or just walking across the platform across the lines.

(On the subject of Plymouth... a nice annoying announcement is made whenever somebody steps onto the steps to the subway...)
