For example Southease on the Lewes-Seaford line? (Hourly off-peak calling pattern, but typically less than 10,000 passengers using the station per year).

Swale, on the Sheerness line. Half-hourly service, around 3-4000 pax/year.

Nearly all stations between Lincoln and nottingham. Newark castle the exception collingham the biggest over provision.

I suppose that Swale and Southease are fortunate to be on local/branchline routes where there'd be little to gain from not stopping trains there.

Whittlesea, between Peterborough and Ely, gets the 2-hourly Peterborough to Ipswich (formerly Liverpool Street) service, AND some extra XC services at certain times of the day.
Every time I've been on a train which stops there, I've never seen anyone getting on or off.

Then there's Lockerbie.......
