Stockport. There's several threads on this if you want to see 'close seconds' or taking account of operators not stopping, too.

Crewe (Virgin Trains, CrossCountry, West Midlands Railway, Transport for Wales, Caledonian Sleeper, East Midlands Trains, Northern) and Doncaster (TransPennine Express, Northern, CrossCountry, Grand Central, East Midlands Trains, Hull Trains, LNER) get 7. Stockport, by my count, has 6 (Northern, Virgin Trains Transport for Wales, East Midlands Trains, TransPennine Express, CrossCountry).
