Which famous person have you met

Not sure if this has been on here before.
Which famous person or celebrity have you met?

I have met a few including Charlie Dimmock, Alan Titchmarsh, Murray Walker and Nigel Mansell to name a few.

My best one would have to be Cher. I was working at the National Motor Museum, Beaulieu about 1993 and she was there with Monserrat Caballe filming a Christmas special. After the recording, quite a few of us went and said hello to Cher. As it was nearly Christmas, I thought I'd be cheeky and give her a kiss on the cheek, which I managed and then stumbled backwards. "Wow you nearly Fell for me then" said Cher. Embarrassing and exciting at the same time!

Not as celebrity as you but:

I saw Dermott Reeve (ex Warwickshire cricketer) breaking up a fight in a Birmingham club years back.

Shook Prince Phillip's hand when he visited a college I used to go to (a fair few years ago)

My cousin knows Kenny Baker's son (who is quite tall considering...).

I also saw Chris Evans having a row with a woman down Great Portland Street when he was doing the Radio One breakfast show.

Phil Upton (now a BBC Radio WM DJ) when I visited BRMB when he worked there and also when he also used to DJ in Rosie O'Brian's in Solihull at the same time as a mate of mine DJ'd there.

And during the years when the Birmingham Walkathon was run, I saw Tom Ross (Birmingham City supporter) and George Gavin (Aston Villa supporter) having another row about the Blues/Villa rivalry - they used to work together on local Birmingham radio doing match commentary and argued all the time

Mark Venus (now assistant manager of Celtic) lived up the road and his son was friends with my brother at school so we used to see a lot of him, much less since he's now at Celtic, ha.
Peter Broadbent (ex England footballer) lived over the road from me, his wife still does, sadly now in a retirement home with severe alzheimers Lovely fella as well.

Pretty sure i met Harriet Harperson about 19.30 last night on Nottingham station. If it wasn't her then it was certainly a dead ringer.
She couldn't find the way out of the station and asked me. I'm surprised she needed the help of a man! I always knew that Labour had no sense of direction though, this proves it!
