Which company/agency employs RHTT (non-driving) train crew?

Hi all,

A couple of years back I remember seeing an advert for seasonal train crew vacancies to cover the leaf-fall period (presumably the guys who sit in the second man's chair and control the sandite application) I seem to recall it was a 'full training given' / 'no previous experience required' type post. At the time I was otherwise engaged but this year I'm keeping my eyes open for any opportunities throughout the UK... A google search returns nothing of relevance.

I would be very grateful if anyone here can point me in the right direction
