Which are southeastern main and metro lines?

Hi. Can somebody help please?

I have a trainee drivers interview in couple days.

Ive talked to drivers, platform staff and been on Southeastern website and Wikipedia but no one can tell me which are the MAIN LINES and METRO LINES from network route map.

Help much appreciated.

I believe 'Metro' effectively means the routes wholly within the Oyster PAYG area, plus as far as Rochester via Gravesend and also to Sevenoaks (both via Otford and also via Dunton Green). Anything going further than that would be considered "mainline"

Metro extends as far as Gillingham not Rochester. There are also High Speed services which run on Mainline routes east of Gravesend/Ashford.

Sevenoaks via Otford is now run by Thameslink except for a couple of trains each way.

This gives a comprehensive overview of the current shape of the franchise, in far more detail than you would ever need for an interview.
