Where - Ribble Burlingham PD3 blue

I was searching through flickr and found this photo of a Ribble Burlingham PD3 painted blue at a greyhound/speedway/similar track. Scotland has been suggested.

Anyone recognise where? And then which PD3.

The PD3 would be have been new about 1956/1957 and thus withdrawn early 70s.
