Where next to four track?

Would it be possible to 4 track the whole line between Tottenham Hale and Broxbourne to allow stopping services to be overtaken by fast services? Also if Crossrail 2 opens on this line to Broxbourne then won't extra capacity be needed anyway or will most trains terminate at Tottenham Hale/Meridian Water?

4 tracks Tottenham Hale to Broxbourne is the plan. Crossrail 2 services will go down the tunnel, existing services will be as now, with a few amendments.

I don't think there's any need for 4-tracking between Strood and Rainham for capacity. That section of line typically sees 7 trains an hour (4 via Gravesend and 3 via Bromley South). If the aim was more capacity... well, there are lots of places where 2-track lines see 15 or more trains an hour, so I very much doubt that having only 2 tracks around Medway is the thing preventing more trains. Conflicting moves is a more realistic issue, though I suspect even there, there aren't really enough trains around there for it to be a serious problem. There are lots of places around the country where 4-tracking would make a huge difference to what services are feasible, but I really can't see Medway being one of those places.

Been mentioned here before but maybe TPE between Leeds and Manchester via Huddersfield - Is that considered the premier route between the two?

Also how busy is Edinburgh Haymarket to Midcalder Junction these days? If it was 4 tracked then could stations between the two see a half hourly service instead of some seeing a hourly service and some seeing a half hourly service?
