Where has my favourite route gone?

I remember Birmingham New Street being 15 minutes minimum interchange time. For some strange reason, it has been reduced to 12 minutes in recent times.

Which is really odd since the rebuilding has made New Street a very complex place, even for a long-time railway enthusiast (and user of New St) such as myself.
