Where are the Unreserved Seats on GWR 800s ?

I'm travelling on the 10.48 (1B11) from Paddington to Cardiff on Saturday 6th November with seat reservations.

A colleague is boarding without a reservation and this will be a very heavily loaded train, it's the Wales v South Africa rugby match in Cardiff that day.

Are there plans available showing which seats are always left unreserved, as there were on the HSTs.

I've searched but cannot find any carriage plans showing these unreserved seats.

Any info would be much appreciated.

If it's a 9/10 car set usually carriages G, H or J.
