I think that's simply an interference pattern and would not be visible at a different resolution? Having said that, I'm now busy looking for dazzle pattern roofs opposite Northern stations just in case...

No, RJ21 is correct Peter, it is the actual roof tile pattern.

Probably wrong, but it reminds me of Clapham (Yorkshire), only been through there once though.
