How about a clue? This station a Northern station and served only by Northern services.

This station was enlarged on a new alignment slightly to the south of the original as indicated by the curve of the nearby houses.

Where is it?

I've gone for a very rural location this time - the station might be hard to see on the screenshot, so I've drawn a ring around it.

*sigh*

Not even a single wild guess? :(

It's going to be difficult to offer a clue on this one that wouldn't pretty quickly give it away...

The sharp curve at the left hand end of the station would seem to indicate a former junction with a long-closed branch which was originally the main line....but I'm totally stumped!

The line itself is a branch off a main and I don't think there was ever a junction there unless it was just to some industrial location.

I just looked on "rail map online" and yes, there was an industrial connection there a long time ago.
