If you were granted a wish of becoming immortal which age would you choose to stay at ?

I think for me it would be 30-35 :p

I'd go with that. Old enough to be taken seriously, but young enough to enjoy life. Anyone who's read Gulliver's Travels should understand why eternal youth is preferable to eternal life.

I'd choose nothing, the prospect of eternal life is worse than death for me!

I'd completely agree with this one. Two reasons really.
First up. Just because life is good at the point you get given eternal life, doesn't mean that it'll stay that way. For all we know, some sort of catastrophic event that wipes out life as we know it could happen a hundred years afterwards, so after the point that you should have died. This means that you could, in theory be the last person living, which leads me neatly onto my next point
2) Would you feel that life would be worth living after all your friends and loved ones have died?

Sounds about right. Old enough to be sensible and young enough to be stupid
