When will York IECC transfer to York ROC?

I was standing on platform 11 at York station tonight and I noticed that the current IECC seemed to have some work going on inside and some gear was being taken out and loaded into a van.
I know the workstations will eventually be transferred in the large new Network Rail building next door and wondered does anyone have a time frame for this work being done ?

Half of that IECC building was for Control, who have now moved to the ROC over the road, so it is probably that part that was having a clear out. Actual signal box part was due to transfer around 2016/18 but Network Rails plans for Traffic Management have gone somewhat tits up, so who knows now, it could be there some time now. At the moment all efforts are been concentrated on 3 Workstations for the ROC. North Lincs, Sheffield and Rotherham. You could call it disjointed.
