They advertised for drivers about 2 or 3 months ago. Unsure of the other types of job however!

Wanted a general manager for west yorks a few years ago.
Normally yes, seeing as it is only a relatively small company compared to the rest of the TOCs.
No safety case to train/recruit trainee drivers, but that said the majority of 'trained drivers' taken on in the north east have been metro drivers...
Guards (senior conductors they are called) are recruited an promoted internally from the CSA positions which I think is the right way.
