The annual rise is deferred until March, like it was this year.

Thanks, that's good news.
Do we know whether this has been made permanent, or is there a desire to return to January at some stage?
To get back to January, May and September (it was March, June and September this year), they'd likely need to drop one of the three fare changes for a year and probably adjust the timing of the remaining two.
@CyrusWuff and others - are you aware of the confirmed date for the forthcoming change please? Thank you.
Assuming it's the same as this year, most likely to be Sunday 3rd March. There's been no official announcement yet, however, just like the increase to regulated fares has yet to be announced.
