On Sunday March 25th I was going to get the 10:16 from Flitwick to Blackfriars but this was cancelled, so I got the 10:46 instead - so naturally I was delayed by 30 minutes.
When GTR processed the cdelay replay laim they only paid for 15-29 minutes. I can only think that this was because the train arrived at Blackfriars early (the public timetable and working timetable are different). Of course if the 10:16 had run it would have been early too - so my journey was delayed 30 minutes, but I'm not entitled to the 30 minutes delay amount because of the way the timetable is structured?
Is this the correct application of the rules before I try complaining to them?
[I know this is only a small amount but it is principle of thing]
