When I log in

When I log in, it works but I get

Invalid Redirect URL (http://railforums.co.uk/)

Is anyone else getting this error? Sorry if I've posted it in the wrong place, but I can't see where best to put it or anything about it.

Not only when logging in either. I'm sure I've had it crop up a few other times, possibly with Friend List changes?

I thought it was my temporary laptop playing Silly Buggars, but it happened on the Uni computers as well...

I get this as well. Also on mobile app. When try and click a link to a another thread that someone has referred to I get missing enity id. :/

I think it's to do with the upgrade - it happened first for me the first time I logged in after the upgrade. Are you guys all using railforums.co.uk as opposed to the www. at the start? Since going to www.railforums.co.uk it hasn't happened for a couple of days.

Just tried that, and the redirect worked!

...instead, the log-in then failed to register properly and I was logged in but not able to do anything!

Yes, you are supposed to use the www. before the domain.

Perhaps in that case, the railforums.co.uk root domain should go to a HTTP 301 redirect to www.railforums.co.uk to ensure everyone does use it with the www

'Soft' measures are much more attractive, because some people are already logged in without the www, or they might want to use it without the www for various reasons, like me when I need to check something.

I noticed that and to be honest, it is because I'm lazy and rarely put the www. in front of URLs these days, as the majority of sites don't need them (indeed it seems to be the done way now) - will remember the www. in future though

I've just had a very unusual one. I went on my profile, and then through it clicked on another member's profile, to find a link I posted in his visitor messages to yet another member's profile, only when I clicked on the lastone it said I wasn't logged in! hock: How could I have not been logged in when I would have had to be logged in to go on the first person's profile (and mine before that) in the first place? :?

Had that happen before now as well. Does the same sometimes with links to pictures in posts and it wanting me to log in again to view them. Could be to do with the URL thingy though
