Favorite Tipple? Eh ...Well the list is as Follows....

Soft Coke or Sprite Zero

Every Day Drink Coffee & Lots of It

Out for A Chill Maganers or any good quality Cider Pear or Apple

Beer Belhaven Best or John Smiths Extra Smoth

Treat Drink An quality Singel Malt ( Having a large Glass of one got in Sainsbury's today "Monkey's Shoulder")

plus also Very fond of Diet Irn Bru ,Woodpecker Cider, McEwans Export & BASS Keg Ale

So thats my list...........

Innocent smoothies, orange juice, passion fruit juice, lemonade, guava juice.

Scottish Blend Tea, Diet Coke, Ginger Beer, Lemon and Lime from M&S, and good old H2O! Also partial to the occasional Irn-Bru, but the fact it contains a suspected carcinogen makes me ever so slightly wary.

I would not worry about it unless your drinking 5 plus gallons a day

Cause people buy them.
They're not meant for every day eating. Just for a quick meal now and then.
But some people eat them every day, and it's their own fault if they're unhealthy.

Exactly. I live in Coatbridge (enough said). It's amazing how many people buy nothing but ready meals, whereas the fruit and veg aisles tend to be fully stocked most of the time. Sad, really. The processed meat in ready meals has been identified as a "likely" source of colorectal (bowel) cancer. (Ouch!)

Now TheSlash can normally be found drinking lager and lots of it.
TheSlash's top tipple is Fosters
Failing that, joint 2nd are Carlsberg and Carling
Should the need for some serious drinking arise, TheSlash will switch from social lager to drinking lager, Stella.
TheSlash is primarily fond of cold lager straight from the tap in a pint glass {whats a half?}, but in certain circumstances TheSlash is forced to drink from a bottle, like a common student or similar.
Drinking from a bottle can have benefits. When drinking in establishments of dubious reputation, a thumb can be inserted into the neck of the bottle to preserve it's purity.
The bottle can also be easily concealed compared to a pint glass
A bottle can form a catalyst for tense situations. It can allow you to choose when it will go down, as smashing the base of the bottle against the bar will usually provide the required source of ignition.
When on tour and so on better behaviour {well most of the time} TheSlash can be found indulging in Real Ale and Bitter
Less common favourites of TheSlash are McEwans and Jack Daniels.

- Probably unusual for an 18 year old, given the number of drunken morons who think it's fun to start shouting and fighting at 3am and waking everyone else up.

Nice smooth cider (7%ish)eg Westons,waitrose or sainsburys own brand-definately nothing in a plastic bottle(also ice-no thank you-why water it down).
Well kept real ale-badly kept is worse than cheap lager.
Well kept Guinness(not extra cold and no shamrock in the top please!)
A nice gin- Blackwoods or Tanqueray 10, Bombay Sapphire also
European lager- almost anything from Germany, Poland or the czech republic; also Belgium trappist beers.
Decent appellation wine at a push.

Soft drinks good old fashioned water, skimmed milk or elderflower cordial.

A nice real cider (Westons' thumbs up from me too).

Real Ale - (Badger Beer, Wychwood).

1664 when there is nothing else available from those rather cheap run down bars you find in second-rate hotel.

Pernod and black for shorts, single malt whiskey or sparkling white wine at Xmas.

Soft drinks fruit juices, Buxton or Evain.

I do drink because I enjoy it, not to get drunk (is this unusual?), so I'm afraid alcho-pops and barrels of pigs swell (that's lager) are out.
