What's visible from the lines leading into Eastleigh?

What (locos, stock, track machines etc) would I be likely to see at Eastleigh works passing on either the line from Eastleigh to Fareham, or that from Eastleigh to Southampton?

I know 07007 is in there...at least I think it is in there as I saw it shunting one morning...Stuff in there is hard to see though.I reckon you can see more on the Eastleigh to Fareham bit.

On the Fareham route 73119 has been resident in recent weeks, there was also a Colas 66 this afternoon.

Very little else though.

Sadly you don't tend to see a lot from passing trains, particularly travelling in from the Southampton direction. Just a quick glimpse through the bushes, but not worth making an epic journey for. You'll see a bit more travelling along the Botley road towards Fareham, but again it isn't a great deal. A few tatty ex-Virgin MK2s and maybe the odd visiting loco is pretty much it usually. You might be better off taking a walk over towards the site and peeking through the fences etc!

Agreed, talk a walk to Cambell Road and you can get a much better view of stuff like this:
