I believe the boiler has been finished at the South Devon Railway Engineering works - It and Sir Archibald Sinclair's boilers were in front of Boscastle's and work has started on that.

There is an update on an unofficial NYMR page called ‘Grosmont MPD news’. In short, once the boiler is returned to Grosmont they’ll have a better idea of how long the rest should take.
