What's happening with the Haddenham multi-storey?

It's becoming more and more difficult to get parked at Haddenham, this evening when I got back from London there were cars abandoned everywhere they could be fitted. If the car next to me hadn't left just as I was approaching, I'm not even sure if I would have been able to get my car out of the space. Even then it took about a dozen forward backs to get my car out .

Surely it's time that the multi-storey is either demolished and replaced or brought up to usable standard?

Is this a complaint about the car park structure being defective or the parking habits of the users? Or is it just full?

The top decks at both Haddenham & Thame Parkway and Bicester North have been out of use for a while as they've been condemned.

Work has started at Bicester North to bring the Woodyard car park (at the bottom of Station Approach) back into use before demolishing the top deck.

The top deck at Haddenham is planned to reopen following refurbishment, but Chiltern haven't provided a timescale for the work yet, presumably due to issues with providing alternative parking during the work.

You have to bear in mind that if the upper deck were to be demolished, or even refurbished, a large section of the existing ground level car park below would need to be closed and fenced off to allow this to happen, further restricting the already insufficient space.
