No quick reply button at all on my pages, just a blue box with Quick Reply but no white box to write a reply in, only able to use the Red Post Reply button

Is it showing like the attached image?
If so you need to click on the arrow type thing at the end of the bar.
EDIT: Internet issues this end caused it not to upload, so read first line as 'if it's a very shallow bar with the text quick reply in it'
