Whats happened on the Metrolink?

Hi,
Just looked on Metrolink's website and there is a 12 minute service on the Bury line, between Victoria and Bury Only, the rest of the lines are 12 minute service, it also says Due to an earlier problem some passengers may experience delays.
Is this just a failed vehicle or something more, i dont think its a fail because between Victoria and Market Street is closed.

One of the 1000 series derailed at Market Street, probably debris in the points happens occasionally.

It was a good one.... the front bogie was almost sideways over the points.

Any faster and Debenhams would have had a new light rail vehicles department. O

they've not had much look, the Sunday before the derailment at member of the public was hit by a tram at Piccadilly gardens, then a few hours before the derailment a points failure in the city center occurred

Yeah not as bad as couple of months ago in Croydon where they hit three people in one month, but not a good week.
