The train (London Waterloo to Bristol Temple Meads) divides at Sailsbury, the other portion going to Exeter St. Davids.

Ah, I see -- so the system has confused itself into thinking it's merging at Salisbury when in fact it's splitting there.

Yeah, National Rail Enquiries can often get a bit confused... poor thing, bless it!

It was even more confusing when the 159 i was on from Brisol got to Salisbury and promptly failed! Everyone had to bail off onto the hastily arranged extra unit dragged out of the sidings. Some people were left behind :(
