What's a door push test?
I am currently driving a Class 323 on Train Sim World 3 and the cab doors have stickers on them telling me to carry one out after closing the door. This isn't actually something you can do "in sim" - it's just a texture basically.
My guess, going purely off the name, is that you do something like attempt to push the door outwards either to check it's locked or to check that the brake interlocking is working - or both.
Still it'd be nice to be confirmed. Or if I'm wrong, enlightened

I'm going to give this thread one bump to see if anyone replies. Hopefully it won't just edit my post!
