What trains would name, and what would they be called.

For the me, I would name 0648 Glasgow Central to London Kings Cross and the 1530 return the Jordie-Glasweigan Express.

I thought of naming some Edinburgh-Glasgow trains, but no one was interested in me calling the Shotts...

1813 Euston-Northampton(-Brum) - The Master Cobbler. (A guard did it once!)

Presumably also one of the morning peak southbound workings, though I don't recall which one it traditionally was.

'Capital Coast Express' - 0754 Brighton to Victoria GatEx. Old name reintroduced.

'Wealden Wayfarer' - 0804 Hastings to Cannon St X & 1622 return (both fastest trains on the line). New name

'Man of Kent' - fast Charing X to Dover train (if the new franchise reintroduces classic expresses). Old name reintroduced.

"The Purbeck" - 1735 Waterloo to Weymouth. New name.

The Mary Rose is a nice name for a Waterloo to Portsmouth Express.
