What websites can you use to find allocations?

To find the workings booked for certain classes of locomotives?

As class 37s are few and far between these days, I get quite frustrated when I miss one go through Bridgend or the area near, so I always try to make an effort but find it very difficult to find when one is booked.

Could anyone help me please?
Thank you

This forum is usually a good place to start as we tend to get a bit of gen posted

There are also numerous "gen groups" (Yahoo and Google Groups) out there, based on local areas, specific traction, and specific companies, as well some general groups that cover the whole country (such as UK Rail and Rail Unlimited).
