Hi, I’m sure it’ll be similar to ours. We were put into groups and had to discuss a topic related to customer service and then had a listening test followed by being in another group discussion on how you would deal with a survival situation. Try not be too quiet, speak up and make yourself heard but don’t be too cocky or bossy is my advice. Good luck!!
